Conshohocken, PA, October 29, 2014 – David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers represented the landlord, a subsidiary of Audubon Land Development, in leasing nearly 25,000 square feet of retail space in the newly developed Oaks Shopping Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania.
The center is expected to be in full swing by early 2015. Now open on pad sites are Wawa, Wendy’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and Penn Liberty Bank, and Moe’s Southwest Grill and AT&T are open in the shopping center. Goodman secured the following tenants that plan to open soon: Hand & Stone Massage and Spa, Anytime Fitness, GNC, American Dental Cares, Happy Vision Eye Clinic, Pure Cleaners, Oaks Nail Spa, Vita Bella Restaurant, and Schuylkill Valley Sports.
Oaks Shopping Center, conveniently located on Egypt Road at Route 422, is now approximately 75% leased.
