Springhouse Village Center is located at the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Sumneytown Pike, a main and main location of a desirable, affluent and educated metro-Philadelphia market. The 111,400 square foot upscale shopping center will be anchored by Whole Foods and co-tenants will include Starbucks, AT&T, Pet Valu and CVS, among others. Panchero’s Mexican Grill plans to open the Spring House location in the fall of 2017.
With 65 restaurants in 19 states, Panchero’s has been serving “better built burritos” since 1992 and continues to look for new restaurant sites.
