Plymouth Meeting, PA, March 27, 2017 – Tony Curcio of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented the landlord in leasing a total of 17,604 square feet of space for North Park Plaza, a new building that will be constructed at 130-154 Wallace Avenue in Downingtown, PA.
The two-story building will contain approximately 24,000 square feet when completed. Tony represented the landlord in leasing 12,116 square feet to Gateway Medical, a family medical practice which will occupy the entire second floor of the building. Curcio also represented the landlord in leasing 4,402 square feet to Relative Care / Advanced and 1,806 square feet of space to Downington Pharmacy.
With the execution of these leases, the construction funding for North Park Plaza can now be released. Construction is expected to begin in April of 2017.
