Kurt has over thirteen (13) years’ experience selling shopping centers in the Tri-State area and is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Kurt’s extensive knowledge and experience will make him an asset to Equity Retail Brokers and our clients.
Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, Kurt worked with Metro Commercial Real Estate, selling centers from 10,000 SF to 200,000 SF, Class ‘A’ to “value add” deals with many of the investors/developers in the region.
Kurt has successfully sold centers for Kimco Realty Trust, Cedar Realty Trust, Carlino Development Group, Whitesell Construction, Regency Centers and Acadia Realty Trust.

Kurt is a lifelong resident of Haddonfield, NJ and has a B.S. Degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.
