Equity Retail Brokers Represent Starbucks in Leasing 2,700 SF Freestanding Pad

Conshohocken, PA, March 31, 2015 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Rich Zeller, Brian Wherty and Rob Samtmann recently represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,700 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru located at The Depot Shoppes in Paoli, Pennsylvania.

The drive-thru accessible building is located at a fully signalized intersection on West Lancaster Avenue in Chester County, and is the sole pad site to The Depot Shoppes, an approximate 27,000 square foot shopping center. Starbucks is relocating from their previous inline location adjacent to the Paoli train station. The new location opened its doors for business Friday, March 27th.

Agents Zeller, Wherty and Samtmann also represented Starbucks in leasing lobby level retail space within The Nemour’s Building, a dynamic urban location boasting on-site parking strategically located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, Delaware, as well as street level space at the Comcast Center on JFK Boulevard in Center City, Philadelphia. Both locations recently opened their doors.

Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Starbucks in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware.

The Starbucks story began in 1971 with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Today, Starbucks has nearly 18,000 retails stores in 60 countries, serving the best coffee possible, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
