Conshohocken, PA, August 11, 2015 – David Goodman and Rose Urban of Equity Retail Brokers represented Albertsons-Safeway in the sublease of a 48,802 square-foot anchor space to JR’s Fresh Market. The space is located on 3121 Fire Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey in Atlantic County. A mid-August 2015 opening is planned.
JR’s Fresh Market is owned and operated by Joe Rauh, a Save-A-Lot operator who has spent his entire career in the local grocery store market. Rauh shared with Shore News Today that the grocery store will have “the offerings of Whole Foods mixed with the experience of Wegmans with the prices of ShopRite.” Rauh has worked for Acme, ShopRite and A&P.
