Plymouth Meeting, PA, November 6, 2017 – Keith Seymour and David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers represented the Landlord, New Century Associates, in leasing 1,965 square feet to The Joint Chiropractic at the Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley, located at 2010 County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.

The Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley is a 255,000 square foot community shopping center that features Weis Markets, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Pet Valu, and Rite Aid. It is ideally located on the border of Montgomery and Bucks counties, a few miles northwest of Philadelphia. The Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley is the winner of the 1993 Merit Shop Award of Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors.

The Joint Chiropractic is part of The Joint Corp., a nationwide network of over 370 clinics. The Joint’s mission “is to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.” The Joint Chiropractic will open in November 2017.
