Situated in the heart of the Montgomeryville retail corridor, ATI Physical Therapy will share a two-tenant retail pad with Starbucks, which opened in 2016. Equity Retail Brokers agents Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty, and Rich Zeller represented Starbucks on the lease of the property.
ATI Physical Therapy plans to open in January 2018.
