4,576 SF was leased to CrossFit Unfinished Project, opening in the fall of 2018. CrossFit Unfinished Project incorporates elements from high‐intensity interval training, plyometrics, gymnastics, calisthenics, weightlifting, olympic lifting, and other exercises in all of its training programs.
3,102 SF was leased to Transplant Alliance Foundation, opening in the winter of 2018. Transplant Alliance Foundation, Inc., a 501 ©(3) non‐profit, whose mission is to spread awareness about Organ Donation by using their resources to publicly share personal experiences through events and by fundraising to help others in need.
