Plymouth Meeting, PA, September 27, 2017 – George Wisnoski of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Rite Aid in executing an 11,000 square foot build-to-suit lease at 5707 Easton Road, Plumsteadville, Bucks County, PA.
Wisnoski secured Rite Aid’s interest in the location and completed the real estate transaction for their developer, East Ridge Development. East Ridge Development acquired the development permits and approvals and bought the project out of the ground for Rite Aid. East Ridge Development has built over 25 locations for Rite Aid in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
The newly-constructed prototype store opened in July of 2017. Rite Aid relocated from the neighboring Giant Shopping Center in Plumsteadville.
With approximately 4,600 stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia, Rite Aid is the largest drugstore chain on the East Coast and the third-largest in the United States, employing roughly 89,000 associates.
