Equity Retail Brokers Represents Starbucks in Leasing 2,000 SF Drive-Thru at Newly Constructed Shopping Center in Blue Bell, PA

Plymouth Meeting, PA, July 10, 2017 – Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,000 SF freestanding building with a drive-thru at Centre Square Commons in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Centre Square Commons is a newly built grocery-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of W. Skippack Pike and Dekalb Pike (Route 202). After many years of monitoring the Blue Bell market and this intersection, Starbucks and Equity Retail Brokers were able to secure the right location for long term success.

Starbucks joins Zoe’s Kitchen, Verizon, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Hair Cuttery, Jersey Mike’s, Sport Clips, Hand & Stone, Zoup! and Tomkins VIST Bank.
