Equity Retail Brokers Represents Starbucks in Leasing 2,500 SF Endcap at Audubon Square II in Trooper, PA

Plymouth Meeting, PA, October 19, 2017 – Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty & Rich Zeller of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Starbucks in the lease of a 2,500 square-foot end-cap with a drive-through at Audubon Square II in Trooper, Pennsylvania.

Audubon Square II is an extension of the existing Audubon Square, which is anchored by Giant Food Stores. The project is currently comprised of a three-tenant building, a freestanding pad, and a hotel. Starbucks occupies the three tenant building with Sprint and Firehouse Subs. There is one retail/restaurant pad still available, and Tru Hotel (by Hilton) will be located immediately behind Starbucks.

After years of negotiation, Starbucks and Equity Retail Brokers were able to arrive at the final lease terms with the Landlord, resulting in Starbucks’ relocation opportunity to Trooper Road. Starbucks is now more competitively positioned against others in the market, especially with the addition of a drive-through.
