Equity Retail Brokers Represents Starbucks in Leasing Space in a Two-Tenant Building in Warminster, PA

Plymouth Meeting, PA, May 10, 2018 – Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty & Rich Zeller of Equity Retail Brokers represented Starbucks in leasing space in a two-tenant building at 601 Old York Road, Warminster, Pennsylvania. The building, co-located with Rite Aid, is situated on the southeast corner of Street Road and York Road.

Starbucks shares the building with Fulton Bank, which had multiple drive-thru lanes. Starbucks was able to secure the interior drive-thru lane after Samtmann, Wherty, and Zeller negotiated to move the interior parting wall between Fulton Bank and Starbucks so that Starbucks would increase in size and Fulton Bank would decrease. In addition to the more appropriate store size with a drive-thru, the team was able to negotiate a new lease term with options for Starbucks.

Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Starbucks in southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware.

The Starbucks story began in 1971 with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Today, Starbucks has more than 27,000 locations worldwide, serving the best coffee possible, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
