Equity Retail Brokers’ George Wisnoski Represents Landlords Urban Edge Properties & The Feil Organization on Three Lease Transactions

Plymouth Meeting, PA, August 7, 2018 – Equity Retail Brokers announces the completion of three lease transactions along the White Horse Pike in the Camden County municipalities of Lawnside and Magnolia, New Jersey. The deals were completed with Mattress Firm, T-Mobile, and Dollar General.  All three retailers opened this June.

George Wisnoski of Equity Retail Brokers represented the landlord, Urban Edge Properties, in leasing a newly built 6,000 square foot two-tenant retail building located at the entrance to the Home Depot shopping center in Lawnside, NJ. Mattress Firm leased 4,000 square feet, and T-Mobile leased 2,000 square feet.

With over 3,600 stores nationwide, Mattress Firm’s local network extends to locations in Audubon and Cherry Hill, NJ. The T-Mobile franchisee Verge Communications operates retail stores throughout the Philadelphia Region.

Magnolia, NJ presented an opportunity for Equity to reposition a closed Family Dollar situated at Warwick Road and the White Horse Pike. Wisnoski represented the owner, The Feil Organization, in leasing the 14,000 square foot building to Dollar General.

With over 15,000 stores, Dollar General adds the Magnolia site to locations in Oaklyn, Stratford, and Berlin along the White Horse Pike.
