Bart Delfiner

Bart brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Equity Retail Brokers. Since joining the firm in 1999, he has completed numerous acquisition, sale, lease, and tenant representation transactions for retailers and property owners at local, regional, and national levels.

Specializing in investment sales, Bart is known for his highly personal service and diligence in securing the best terms for his clients. He has successfully represented landlords and developers, as well as some of the country’s largest companies in various retail sectors, in leasing, asset disposition, and other investment sales transactions.

Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, Bart worked in the architectural field and was a corporate real estate agent for Pep Boys, before becoming a retail broker in New Jersey. To the firm’s geographic focus on the eight-county region of southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, Bart adds particular expertise in Philadelphia County (PA) and southern New Jersey.

Bart is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania and attended Drexel University and The University of Florida, where he studied architecture. Little-known fact: Bart and his father share a lifelong interest in horses by owning, breeding, and racing Thoroughbreds.
