Keith Seymour Represents the Landlord in Leasing Space to Dollar Tree in Two-Tenant Retail Pad Resulting in Fully Occupied Property

Plymouth Meeting, PA, January 27, 2020 – Keith Seymour of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented the Landlord in leasing 10,000± square feet to Dollar Tree in a 17,000± square foot two-tenant pad outparcel.

The subject property, located at 1360 Hurffville Road, is in an outparcel development in front of Home Depot in Deptford, New Jersey. The Landlord purchased the site and secured AutoZone as a tenant along with Anytime Fitness. Equity Retail Brokers was retained by the Landlord to secure a replacement tenant for Anytime Fitness and was successful in arranging a lease with Dollar Tree, resulting in a fully occupied property.
