Conshohocken, PA, November 12, 2014 – David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers recently completed three lease transactions totaling 5,019 square feet at Eagle Village Shops on the Main Line in Wayne/Radnor Township, Pennsylvania.
Goodman represented the landlord and secured two new tenants and one lease renewal. Pure Barre, a total body workout studio that has more than 200 locations across the nation, renewed their lease at Eagle Village Shops. Lace Silhouettes, a 780-square-foot intimate apparel store, and Hand & Stone Massage and Spa, a 2,975-square-foot massage and facial spa, joined the center.
Eagle Village Shops is a newly renovated open-air lifestyle center located on the Main Line. A freestanding, 3,284 square foot building on Lancaster Avenue is the only current vacancy.
