Conshohocken, PA, August 13, 2015 – David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers represented the landlord, Peskin Realty & Construction, Inc., in the leasing of a 45,963 square-foot anchor space in Audubon Village Shopping Center to Keller’s Market. The space is located on 2800 Audubon Village Drive, Audubon, Pennsylvania in Montgomery County.
Keller’s Market leased a vacant Genuardi’s supermarket space that closed in May. The Genuardi’s location had been the last remaining store in the chain. Keller’s Market joins Dollar Tree, UPS, and Citizen’s Bank, and is due to open in fall 2015.
