Equity Retail Brokers Represent Starbucks in Leasing 2,000 SF Freestanding Building and 3,000 SF Endcap Space

Conshohocken, PA, July 16, 2013 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller recently represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,000 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru located on Route 611 in Warrington, PA. The site is co-located with Longhorn Steakhouse, First Niagara Bank and BJ’s Wholesale Club and is located near Target, Lowe’s and Giant across Route 611. Starbucks plans to open its doors in August of 2013.

In addition, agents Brian Wherty, Rich Zeller and Rob Samtmann represented Starbucks in leasing a 3,000 square foot endcap with a drive-thru located at the Shoppes at Cross Keys in Sicklerville, NJ. The Shoppes at Cross Keys is located at the intersection of Cross Keys Road and the Atlantic City Expressway. Starbucks plans to open its doors at this location in August of 2013 as well.
