Equity Retail Brokers Represent Starbucks in Leasing 8,131 Total Square Feet

Conshohocken, PA, October 07, 2015 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller recently represented Starbucks in leasing a total of 8,131 square feet in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Two new Starbucks locations are now open in New Jersey. Equity Retail Brokers agents represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,400 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru located at the signalized corner of Main Street and Gordon Ave in Lawrenceville, Mercer County, New Jersey. In addition, a 1,800 square foot location opened at Cedar Hill Shopping Center in Voorhees, Camden County, New Jersey. The Shopping center is anchored by Lowe’s and BJ’s and is directly across from the new 674,100 square foot Virtua Hospital on busy Route 73.

In addition, Equity Retail Brokers agents represented Starbucks in leasing a 1,850 square foot corner retail space on the street level of UPenn medical facility at 34th and Civic Center Blvd in University City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The medical facility includes the 531,000 square foot, 10-story Smilow Center for Translational Research and the 500,000 square foot outpatient Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine.

Lastly, Equity Retail Brokers agents represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,081 square foot retail space along with 1,004 square feet of storage space at Powder Mill Square Shopping Center in Greenville, New Castle County, Delaware. The center is situated at Routes 52 and 141, located in close proximity to DuPont’s worldwide headquarters, Bank of America, AstraZenica Pharmaceuticals, ING Bank Headquarters, ICI Americas, University of Delaware and the US headquarters for ING Group.
