Conshohocken, PA, October 26, 2015 – Equity Retail Brokers agent David Goodman recently represented Movie Tavern in purchasing property in Trexlertown, PA, where they plan to construct a 46,500 square-foot theater. This will be Movie Tavern’s first location in the Lehigh Valley and its fourth in Pennsylvania. The theater is expected to open in 2016.
The theater, which will be located at 6126 Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown, PA, will be an anchor tenant of a planned 32,000 square-foot retail center developed by Jaindl Land Company. It is anticipated that with both construction and future operations, the cinema-eatery will create 150 full-time and part-time jobs in the Lehigh Valley.
Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Movie Tavern in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The Trexlertown location is part of Movie Tavern’s national expansion efforts. According to Movie Tavern’s Director of Marketing, Danny DiGiacomo, “Pennsylvania has become an important part of our company’s growth strategy based on the tremendous success of our current locations in the state.
