Keith Seymour Represents Landlord in the Lease of 24,092± SF to Good Stuff Thrift at The Marketplace At Huntingdon Valley

Plymouth Meeting, PA, October 12th, 2022 – Keith Seymour represented the Landlord, New Century Associates, in the lease of 24,092± square feet to Good Stuff Thrift in the 255,000 SF community shopping center, The Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley. Good Stuff Thrift is now open and joins Weis Markets and many other popular retailers. Good Stuff Thrift is a non-profit where all profits go to charities that help kids in the community.

The Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley is centrally situated and borders both Montgomery and Bucks Counties, a few miles northwest of Philadelphia. The center is anchored by Weis Markets, a consistently high-performing regional grocer.
