Conshohocken, PA, October 21, 2014 – Ken McEvoy of Equity Retail Brokers and Nate Fishkin of Avenue A Realty Advisors, LLC represented the ownership of Abington Shopping Center on the sale of the 73,857-square-foot shopping center located on Old York Road in Abington, Pennsylvania.
Prior to the sale of the center, Ken McEvoy represented the previous landlord, Abington Associates, in leasing 4,136 square feet to Chipotle Mexican Grill. Chipotle joins other national tenants in the center such as Rite Aid, Quest Diagnostics, Sally Beauty and Santander Bank. Chipotle opened for business on June 30, 2014.
The Abington Shopping Center is located in the highly desirable Abington Township retail market, which contains many small businesses and Montgomery County’s second largest employer, Abington Memorial Hospital. The center has excellent exposure on Old York Road and shares access on London Road with Target and TJ Maxx.
