Conshohocken, PA, March 19, 2013 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Ken McEvoy and Greg Jones recently represented Southampton Real Estate MZL LP in leasing 3,660 SF of retail space at Southampton Shopping Center, located at 2nd Street Pike and Knowles Ave in Southampton, PA.
A total of 3,060 square feet was leased to Go Bananas Frozen Yogurt, who just recently opened their doors in December of 2012. The Southampton opening is Go Bananas third corporate store location.
Go Bananas and Brennan Technology are the fifth and sixth leases Equity Retail Brokers has completed since Southampton Real Estate MZL LP purchased the property in the summer of 2010.In addition, 600 square feet was leased to Brennan Technology Services, a computer repair store that opened in November of 2012.
The newly renovated grocery-anchored center is home to Giant, Tuesday Morning, GameStop and UPS Store. A few inline spaces are currently available for lease.
