Leasing activity on the rise at Ralph’s Corner Shopping Center since Aldi opening; four new leases signed

Plymouth Meeting, PA, October 24, 2019 – On behalf of the landlord, Keith Seymour and David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers recently leased four spaces to tenants at Ralph’s Corner Shopping Center in Lansdale, PA. UFC Gym, Re/Max Central and Parker’s Barber Shop are now open, and Ralph’s Corner Diner will open soon.

“Thanks to significant renovations by the landlord, Ralph’s Corner looks brand new,” said Goodman. “And with Aldi joining Kohl’s, Ross and the many other quality tenants who have been at the center for years, tenant interest is high.”

According to Seymour, the landlord is open to a variety of tenant categories for the balance of the center, including traditional retail, food & beverage, medical, and service-oriented businesses.
