All three tenants opened during the fourth quarter of 2019 in The Shoppes at Wyndham, located at 930 South Richland Avenue, York, PA.
The Shoppes at Wyndham is a neighborhood shopping center shadow-anchored by Lidl and is ideally positioned directly across the street from York College in the prestigious Wyndham Hills community.
Since receiving the leasing assignment, Keith and Blaze have represented the Landlord in securing Health Networks Laboratories, Anytime Fitness, Top Nails, Sprint, Great Clips, and Dunkin’ Donuts, totaling 12,500 SF. The lease transactions represent 66% of the total GLA of the center. Currently, there is one remaining unit available for lease (±3,000 SF).
