David Laiter is part of the Equity Retail Brokers Investment Sales Team. At Equity Retail Brokers, he specializes in selling single tenant net lease investment properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a focus in the bank and restaurant sectors.

Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, David graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in real estate and was a walk-on for the University’s varsity football team.

Since 2006, David has been and continues to be a volunteer for the Jewish Relief Agency (JRA) of Greater Philadelphia. Every year, David participates in the American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s (AIPAC) National Policy Conference held in Washington D.C.
