George Wisnoski joined Equity Retail Brokers in 2013. George brings over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to the company, providing both shopping center leasing and tenant representation services.

At Equity Retail Brokers, George works closely with both landlords and tenants within the Leasing and Tenant Representation Division. His market knowledge and depth of experience make him a valuable addition to the company.

Through his years in the industry, George has successfully represented multi-state portfolios of over 1 million square feet of retail shopping center space. In this capacity, he has negotiated big box and small tenant transactions. A few notable clients George has worked with include BJ’s Wholesale Club, Staples, David’s Bridal, Wakefern Food Corp. and McDonald’s. As a tenant representative, he has implemented expansion programs for Gap, Brown Shoe, Darden Restaurants, Rite Aid, Pep Boys, Cato Fashions and other national retailers.

George is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

George is a graduate of Fordham University and the University of Pennsylvania.
