Keith Seymour


Keith Seymour is part of the Equity Retail Brokers Leasing team, specializing in development projects and grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Keith’s active retail clients include national landlords ECHO Realty, Acadia Realty Trust, and SITE Centers. Keith also works with regional landlords and developers to include Hilton Realty, Wright Partners, Scarborough Properties, and Revere Suburban Realty. Keith believes in the value of “strategic leasing,” utilizing a full spectrum of resources to evaluate an asset and work with the landlord to create a long-term real estate leasing plan. In addition to his leasing work, Keith advises property owners on the sale of vacant, non-income producing assets.

Keith graduated from the University of Maryland and obtained a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. He prides himself on honesty, hard work, communication, accountability, and understanding the needs of his clients. He is married with a daughter and son and lives in Bryn Mawr.
