Conshohocken, PA, October 9, 2014 – Ken McEvoy and Kathy Haines of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Besco Corporation in leasing 3,200 square feet at Strafford Shopping Center in Wayne, PA.
Two separate five-year leases were executed: 1,200 square feet leased to Rita’s Water Ice and 2,000 square feet leased to AJ’s Pizza Al Fresco. While AJ’s Pizza is currently open for business, Rita’s Water Ice intends to open its doors in spring of 2015.
Strafford Shopping Center is located on Lancaster Avenue in Delaware County. Co-tenants include Fedex, National Penn Bank and Kitchen Kapers.
Currently, 1,600 square feet of inline space is available for lease.
